ANNUAL GOLF OUTING - JUNE 21, 2010
CAPITAL HILLS GOLF COURSE Click for Registration Flyer
Capital Hills was formerly known as The New Course at Albany, this difficult course is hilly and extremely well maintained. The fast greens are well bunkered and large, and the fairways are tree lined. The course was redesigned in 1993 to bring back the original Devereux Emmet design for the Albany Municipal Golf Course, which was opened as in 1929.

This September will mark the fourth year that the Futures Tour will hold its season ending full-field event at Capital Hills. In the three years the Duramed FUTURES Tour has held a tournament at Capital Hills we have seen many of the players that have played right here in Albany go on and have tremendous success on the LPGA Tour. The top five money earners on the Duramed FUTURES money list will receive their 2011 LPGA Cards right here at Capital Hills at the end of the ILOVENY Championship.
Here is your chance to support CIREB and the Childrens Hospital at Albany Medical Center while playing a tour stop for the up and coming stars of the Ladies PGA.

Homeless and Traveler's Aid Society

(Albany, NY) The Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) has presented the Homeless and Travelers Aid Society (HATAS) a check in the amount of $3,000.00 to support the work of HATAS within the Capital Region. The presentation was made at CIREB's September 7th monthly marketing meeting.

The donation represents the proceeds from CIREB's annual golf outing which brings together leaders in the commercial real estate industry within the Capital Region. The event was held at the Schuyler Meadows Club.

HATAS is a point of entry human services agency that helps the poor, the homeless, and others in need lead independent, self-sufficient, and safe lives in the community. "HATAS was a perfect fit for CIREB as we were looking for an organization to support. Their work throughout the Capital Region is well known and widely respected," said CIREB President Mark L. Aronowitz. "We are proud to be part of their efforts to service their clientele."

Accepting the contribution Ira Mandelker, HATAS's executive director said, "We are thankful that the commercial REALTORS® recognize the efforts of HATAS and have chosen to support us with this very generous contribution. It is public support such as this which allows us to continue our service."
